I am a recovering perfectionist, a supermom, and a professional who once became overwhelmed and burnt out by not living in alignment with my soul’s true purpose. My personal healing journey, which includes meditation, journaling, and deep self-reflection, has given me valuable inner wisdom. Through this process, I’ve learned that we are all divine, just as we are.
I believe in the power of identifying and becoming aware of unconscious thought patterns, so that we can take intentional, aligned actions toward our goals. The Divine Self community is not about excusing our past struggles; it’s about understanding them as opportunities for growth and transformation.
Mission
My mission is to help women break free from the cycle of anxiety, burnout, and the overwhelming demands of daily life. Through the power of journaling, I guide them in uncovering and understanding their subconscious thought patterns. My goal is to help women see that they have the ability to create more time, gain mental clarity, and discover a deeper sense of purpose.
Vision
At the core of my vision is a transformed world—one where healthcare is rooted in ancient wisdom and natural healing practices that nourish the mind, body, and soul. I am passionate about promoting a paradigm shift that supports women, particularly “supermoms,” in embarking on a journey toward wholeness. This journey is centered around self-discovery, where women reconnect with their truest selves, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and ultimately live lives of authenticity and fulfillment.
